Evbodaghe Peace Mercy brings to the office nearly a decade of expertise in global immigration consulting, business development, and investment facilitation, she has guided more than 8,000 individuals and enterprises worldwide in navigating complex pathways across business, education, and cultural exchange. This extensive professional track record reinforces her capacity to safeguard members’ interests, inspire confidence, and strengthen the cooperative’s credibility in both national and international arenas.
She presides over the Peamev Group of Companies, which includes Peamev Consult Ltd, Peamev Academy Ltd, Discoveries by Peamev Ltd, Peamev Media Ltd, Legacies By Peamev Ltd, CitiVest by Peamev and Peamev Foundation Africa.
Through these institutions, the she has successfully led multidisciplinary teams of over 60 professionals, advancing knowledge in education and professional training, facilitating investment migration, driving entrepreneurship, and expanding opportunities in cultural exchange and tourism.

Olawole H. Harris-Isa is a seasoned legal practitioner with over three decades of distinguished practice in commercial, corporate, and business law. A Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he earned both his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Master of Laws (LL.M) degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, with specialization in Commercial and Business Law. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1990.
Mr. Harris-Isa began his career in the Ogun State Public Service, where he served for over a decade and rose to the position of Assistant Director at the State Housing Corporation. In this capacity, he provided legal advisory services, acted as Corporation Secretary, and oversaw administration, loans, and mortgage recovery. His professional journey also includes engagements with some of Nigeria’s most reputable law firms and Senior Advocates, including Emmanuel Afe Babalola & Co., Tunji Fadairo & Co., and Ayanlaja/Adesanya & Co. (Akintola Williams Deloitte House, Lagos).
In 2001, he established his own practice, Harris-Isa & Co., which later expanded into Harris-Isa, Omoloju & Co. Through his firms, he has advised and represented clients across diverse sectors, handling complex matters in debt recovery, defamation, company law, taxation, insolvency, privatization, mergers and acquisitions, maritime, energy, intellectual property, aviation, and human rights. His litigation expertise spans all superior courts of record, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Harris-Isa is deeply committed to leadership and service. He is a Fellow of the prestigious Haggai Advanced Leadership Institute, Hawaii (U.S.A.), a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.), and has held notable positions including Chairman of the Justice and Peace Commission, Catholic Diocese of Abeokuta. He is also a distinguished Rotarian and an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch.
An avid learner and thought leader, he has participated in international seminars and capacity-building programs across Nigeria, Ghana, the United Kingdom, France, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Outside his professional life, he enjoys golfing and is a devoted husband and father.
Alabi Ailoni is an accomplished microfinance professional with more than 15 years of expertise in business development, credit strategy, and risk management within Nigeria’s financial sector. He holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Ebonyi State University and has furthered his leadership training at Lagos Business School, in addition to earning a Certificate in Microfinance Banking. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (FCILRM).
Mr. Ailoni has built an extensive career across leading microfinance institutions, serving as Regional Manager at Accion Microfinance Bank, Zonal Manager at Alert Microfinance Bank, and Head of Business at Sabi Microfinance Bank. At Infinity Microfinance Bank, he excelled as Branch Manager and Assistant Area Manager before taking on his current role at Kayvee Microfinance Bank, where he leads the business development team. In this capacity, he directs credit creation, loan recovery, portfolio quality, and risk mitigation strategies.
His leadership has consistently delivered disciplined execution, strengthened institutional resilience, and expanded access to customer-focused financial solutions. With a proven track record of driving sustainable growth in microfinance, he brings unmatched financial governance and operational expertise to the leadership of Legacies by Peamev Cooperative.
Michael is an accomplished legal practitioner whose professional experience cuts across corporate, criminal, and immigration law. Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated exceptional skill in resolving complex legal issues while maintaining a strong focus on meeting client expectations and delivering practical solutions.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Lagos State University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after completing his Barrister-at-Law (B.L) qualification at the Nigerian Law School, Enugu. Michael is a dedicated member of the Nigerian Bar Association and remains actively engaged in continuous legal practice and professional development.
At Legacies by Peamev Cooperative, he brings his legal expertise to bear on governance, compliance, and advisory functions, ensuring that the cooperative operates with integrity, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Eucharia Godwin is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a strong background in financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance. With over five years at the Anambra-Imo River Basin Development Authority under the Ministry of Water Resources, she has successfully managed reconciliations, general ledger entries, tax administration, and financial database systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
She holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the Federal University of Technology, Yola, and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAN) as well as a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). Her outstanding excellence in financial analysis, record-keeping, and reporting, will aid smooth operations of the cooperative financial activities. She is also passionate about supporting organizational growth through sound financial management and accountability.
Sir Nwankwo Chibueze Macdonald (KSJI) is an accomplished financial services professional with over two decades of leadership experience in Nigeria’s banking sector. His career began with Standard Trust Bank in 2003, followed by key managerial roles at UBA PLC, including Business Manager (Onueke Branch) and Public Sector Profit Centre Manager (Abakaliki Branch).
In 2007, he joined Zenith Bank PLC, where he has served in various managerial capacities across Nigeria’s South-East, South-South, and South-West regions. He currently leads the Zenith Bank Ojodu, Lagos Branch as Branch Head, overseeing business growth, client relations, and operational excellence.
Beyond banking, Sir Nwankwo is the Chairman of Dreamt Towers Schools Ltd and Dream Towers Services Ltd. He is a Knight of St. John International (KSJI), reflecting his commitment to ethical leadership, service, and community impact.
Thaddeus Nwahiri is a visionary Nigerian computer scientist, entrepreneur, and creative technologist whose career bridges digital innovation and high-impact branding.
